After finishing embedded developer at Drimaes Vietnam in 2024 due to the economic downturn, I decided to engage in a new job as an IT Business Analyst at TekNix company in Can Tho city. This led me to valuable experiences, especially increased project management and knowledge of IT Business Analyst.

Let's begin with the first experience, improved communication. When I became a new staff member at Teknix, I maintained a foreign project which is "Patient Honney". Not only did I operate its processes normally, but I also optimized and wrote maintained manuals for other my counterparts. Additionally, I presented and discussed a Learning Management System between my project manager and stakeholders (American doctors) in online meetings. So luckily I also received good feedback on my performance from my project manager lived and worked in Houston city, America.

The second experience, somewhat related to the first, is increased project management. My job demands time management, presentation, generating client requirements, and quality assurance. This would lead me to widen my horizon knowledge in IT Business Analyst, but I also tried collaborating with night people ( 4 developers, 2 designers, and 3 testers). So, I could study an overview of process-related software, which is one of the major contributors to my longer career path as a Business Analyst in hardware and software.

Working at Teknix is believed to bring with it numerous benefits, among which collaborating with state organizations is definitely important to me. Although the first time the project started was some 2 years ago, it still waited processed by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health. However, when I prepared several documents ( handover scenarios, explanation document), fortunately after three meetings our project was accepted by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health. My major contributions to that project include: generating requirements, drawing UML of the flow project, writing new versions of functional explanation documents and handover scenarios from providing documents, designing presentations, and collaborating with internal staff members (developers, project manager, and Chief Executive Officer) and state client at Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health.

Moreover, my contributions to other projects include: Camera AI (Automatic management solution to parking system and solution to support businesses monitoring and managing buildings), and carbon credit trading platform, among other projects.

Finally, although I decided to enhance my different journey the next time, I want to send sincere thanks to Mr. Tung, Mr. Hieu, and Ms. Chau Anh who are good teachers because they guided my first steps in the company. Thanks to my co-workers from other teams who supported my team for nine months. I wish all the best wishes to you and all your journey.

MY CONTRIBUTIONS TO PROJECTS AT TEKNIX CAN THO

1/ Patient Honney website (https://www.patienthoney.com/)

Analyze requirements and build websites (5 landing pages and more than 100 requests for maintaining old websites).
Manage project schedule on Jira platform (Developer, Designer, and Tester).
Optimize processes of task management on Clickup.

3/ Applying digital transformation in management, approval, and supervision of science and technology activities in the health sector in Ho Chi Minh City

Write handover scenarios, budget estimates, functional explanation documents, and financial explanation reports according to the science standards of the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health.
Collaborate with internal staff members (developers, project manager, and Chief Executive Officer) and clients at Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health.
Other contributions include: generating client requirements, drawing UML of the flow project, and designing presentations.
=> Those documents are approved by the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Health and our project will be implemented in the foresessable in 2025.
